
OWN Network Brings Fans Together to Celebrate the Return of Love & Marriage: Huntsville
Fans of Love & Marriage: Huntsville have every reason to get excited as OWN Network brought the stars of their hit reality series together for an exclusive live conversation and celebration on November 6. Held at NYA Studios West in Los Angeles, the event marked the official kickoff for the new season of this beloved series, complete with star-studded appearances and spirited fanfare.
Reality TV king and mastermind behind Love & Marriage: Huntsville, Carlos King, looked dapper as he took the stage alongside cast favorites Kimmi Scott, Maurice Scott, LaTisha Scott, and Marsau Scott. Together, they were met with enthusiastic cheers, embodying the authenticity and warmth fans have come to love. OWN Network’s leadership, including Tina Perry, President of OWN Network, Shirley Salomon, Vice President of Production, Daryl Bolander, Vice President of Programming & Development, and Drew Tappon, Head of Unscripted Development, were also in attendance to honor the series’ success and toast to its highly anticipated return.
The event kicked off with a vibrant red carpet walk followed by an inspiring sizzle reel that captured the energy of the Love & Marriage: Huntsville phenomenon and its meaningful collaboration with Carlos King and Kingdom Reign Productions. When Carlos introduced The Scotts, a palpable excitement filled the room, leading into an open and heartfelt discussion on Black love, the show’s authentic storytelling, and the importance of representing Black culture on screen. The audience erupted in applause, reflecting their deep connection to the series’ unfiltered portrayal of relationships and community.

The celebration continued with an elegant reception, where guests enjoyed signature cocktails named “Carlos Spills the Tea,” “Spicy Love & Marriage Margarita,” and “Reign Drops,” all inspired by the show. Attendees, including NAACP and NABJLA members, along with prominent media, enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and toasted to OWN’s commitment to empowering Black creators and sharing genuine stories that resonate with its audience.
OWN’s #1 series is back, and with it, the promise of more heartfelt moments, real relationship insights, and an ongoing celebration of love, life, and the community that continues to rally behind it.
