With everything going on in the world right now—cybersecurity threats, disinformation, and political chaos—it looks like Zero Day is about to tap into some real fears and anxieties.
The six-episode series stars none other than Robert De Niro, who plays George Mullen, a former U.S. President. Mullen is brought back into the fold to head the “Zero Day Commission,” a group tasked with investigating a devastating cyber attack that has already caused massive chaos and thousands of fatalities across the country. It sounds like a wild ride from the get-go, especially when you add in the high-stakes tension between tech giants, Wall Street, and government figures who all have their own agendas.
