Brian Austin Green & Sharna Burgess Spill on Megan Fox’s Toy Chica Casting — And the Family’s Surprising Reaction
On the Hollywood Christmas Parade red carpet, we spoke with Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green, who opened up about a sweet moment inside their blended family — specifically how Brian and Megan Fox’s kids reacted when they learned their mom is voicing Toy Chica in the upcoming Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 movie.

“My nine-year-old is a massive FNAF fan”
Brian Austin Green didn’t hesitate when Five Nights at Freddy’s came up.
Right there on the carpet, he told me just how deep the obsession runs for his and Megan Fox’s children.
“My nine-year-old is a massive Five Nights at Freddy’s fan,” Brian explained. “He actually just today spoke to one of the actors who was in the costume for both of the movies at a convention somewhere else.”
This isn’t hobby-level fandom — this is full collector mode.
“He’s got signed Funko Pops, everything. It’s crazy,” he added with a laugh.
The family even made a trip to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights just to walk through the Five Nights at Freddy’smaze.
Sharna jumped in, smiling as she remembered it:
“The reaction was massive. He was so into it.”

But the best part came when I asked how the kids reacted after finding out Megan Fox was voicing Toy Chica.
Both Sharna and Brian lit up immediately.
“When he found out his mom was going to be one of the voices in it, he flipped out,” Sharna shared. “It’s so cool when that crosses over with one of their interests.”
Brian added that the excitement hasn’t gone anywhere — in fact, the kids get to see the movie before the rest of the world.
“He’s going to see it before anyone else at a special screening,” he told me. “They’re very, very excited. Definitely some bragging rights there.”
For any kid in the FNAF fandom, being able to say “My mom is Toy Chica” is elite-level status. Burgess and Green spoke about it with so much warmth — and it’s clear this moment has become a highlight for their blended family.
