
Ian Ziering Says He’s Open to Playing Two-Face in a Future Batman Movie
On the red carpet at the 2025 Hollywood Christmas Parade, we sat down for an exclusive one-on-one with actor Ian Ziering, where he opened up about his connection to the DC Universe, his interest in joining a future Batman movie, and what draws him to villain roles like Two-Face. Ziering reflected on his past experience with DC projects and the personal motivations shaping his career choices, giving fans a deeper look at why a Batman villain role could be his next big move.
Ziering lit up when discussing his role as Blue Devil in Swamp Thing, calling it “such an amazing experience.” He admitted he was “sad” the series didn’t continue past its 10 episodes, but firmly believes “it was the best 10 episodes ever produced for television.”

When asked about future superhero possibilities, Ziering shared that playing superheroes appeals to him—not just for the fun of it, but because it excites his kids. “If I can do something to get a rise out of my kids, that would be extra special,” he said.
Ziering also spoke about the role that impacted him most: performing on Broadway at 16. He remembers looking out and seeing his parents smiling proudly from their seats. That moment shaped him. “I still try to make decisions that would make them proud and happy,” he told us.
