Ebony Jackson, a single mother battling personal demons, decides to relocate her family to a new home for a fresh start. However, when disturbing occurrences within the house arouse the suspicions of Child Protective Services, threatening to tear her family apart, Ebony finds herself fighting for her life and the souls of her children. Inspired by a true story, THE DELIVERANCE is directed by Academy Award nominee Lee Daniels and stars Andra Day, Glenn Close, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, and Mo’Nique in a genre-defying exploration of darkness, possession, and the quest for a higher power.
