‘The Pickup’: Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer & Pete Davidson Star in a New Action-Comedy Film 

Amazon MGM Studios has released the official streaming date and first-look stills for its new action comedy film The Pickup. Starring Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer, and Pete Davidson. 

When a routine cash pickup takes a wild turn, two mismatched armored truck drivers, Russell (Eddie Murphy) and Travis (Pete Davidson), are ambushed by ruthless criminals led by savvy mastermind Zoe (Keke Palmer), with plans that go way beyond the cash cargo. As chaos unfolds around them, the unlikely duo must navigate high-risk danger, clashing personalities, and one very bad day that keeps getting worse.

Directed by Tim Story, known for his work in The Blackening, Barbershop, and Ride Along. We can expect this movie to combine perfect comedic timing and heart-pounding thrills. 

Additional cast members include Eva Longoria, Marshawn Lynch, Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoa’i, Andrew Dice Clay, and Ismael Cruz Córdova.

The film will premiere globally on Prime Video on August 6.
