Full Hoppers Soundtrack Arrives March 6
The complete Hoppers soundtrack — featuring “Save The Day” and an original score by legendary composer Mark Mothersbaugh — will debut on March 6, the same day the film opens exclusively in theaters.
Fans also got an early listen to the track on SiriusXM’s Disney Hits (Channel 133), building excitement ahead of the film’s premiere.
Adding to the buzz, a special character-shaped die-cut vinyl featuring lead character Mabel and “Save The Day” is now available for pre-order exclusively at Disney Music Emporium.

Director Daniel Chong Praises SZA’s Impact
Director Daniel Chong shared heartfelt praise for SZA’s involvement in the film:
“SZA’s music saved me during the making of this movie. It was a lifeline during the stress of the filmmaking process… ‘Save The Day’ is not just an emotional journey through Mabel’s convictions, but an anthem for a whole generation.”
Chong also highlighted Mothersbaugh’s score, calling it “full of charm, thrills, and most of all — HEART,” noting the composer’s creative genius elevated the film’s energy and emotion.
Mothersbaugh added that the film’s message resonated deeply with him, describing it as positive, relatable, and aligned with the spirit of his band Devo.
Inside Disney & Pixar’s Hoppers
Directed by Chong (We Bare Bears) and produced by Nicole Paradis Grindle, Hoppers follows animal-lover Mabel (voiced by Piper Curda) who uses groundbreaking technology to “hop” her consciousness into a robotic beaver to communicate with animals.
Along the way, she befriends beaver King George (voiced by Bobby Moynihan) and faces off against smooth-talking mayor Jerry Generazzo (voiced by Jon Hamm). The all-star voice cast also includes Meryl Streep, Dave Franco, and Kathy Najimy.
Special early-access screenings begin February 28, ahead of the film’s wide theatrical release on March 6.
