
Raising Cane’s Giant Pumpkin Lights Up Hollywood: Fried, Festive, and 2,518 Pounds of Fun
Halloween came early on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and it smelled like crispy chicken and creativity. This week, Raising Cane’s threw one of the most delightfully unexpected Halloween events in town: the Giant Jack-O’-Lantern Unveiling, turning a fall favorite into a full on Hollywood spectacle.

The event brought together Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves, actress Karrueche Tran, master carver Eric Jones, and Grower of the Year Emmett Andrusz, who joined forces to unveil a jaw dropping, 2,518-pound pumpkin that looked straight out of a Halloween blockbuster. The pumpkin took more than 30 hours to carve, each groove and detail meticulously planned and perfected to create a one of a kind Halloween showpiece.
During the event, we got detailed process behind the pumpkin’s creation. Emmett Andrusz, who grew the massive gourd, explained how it was cultivated with care for months leading up to this specific event a true labor of love that took patience, precision, and plenty of sunshine. Carver Eric Jones then took over, transforming the giant fruit into an intricate Jack-O’-Lantern masterpiece that wowed everyone in attendance and learning that he created his own tools to get the job done. The carving itself was a mix of artistry and engineering, with Eric describing how the team had to manage weight, moisture, and texture to ensure the pumpkin held up under the lights. It wasn’t just a carving it was a performance.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame lit up with excitement as fans and families gathered to see the final reveal. Even Landon Barker stopped by to check out the finished masterpiece and snap a few photos with Todd. And of course, no Raising Cane’s event would be complete without the food. Servers made sure everyone had something delicious in hand plenty of hot, crispy chicken tenders, golden fries, and that signature Cane’s sauce. Guests also cooled down with fresh iced tea and took home Raising Cane’s hats, making it feel like a mini block party right in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard.
Between bites, attendees mingled, took selfies with the massive pumpkin, in a live atmosphere filled with music, laughter, and that unmistakable fall energy.
