Universal Studios Hollywood is officially turning up the volume on fandom as tickets go on sale for the second annual Universal Fan Fest Nights, a limited-time, after-hours event designed to fully immerse guests in the worlds of sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, anime, and pop culture storytelling. Running for 12 select nights only—April 23–25; May 1–3, 7–9, and 14–16, 2026—this exclusive experience is available only at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Universal Fan Fest Nights transforms the park into a celebration of fandom through immersive, interactive experiences crafted by Universal’s entertainment team in collaboration with industry experts. From walk-through adventures and live shows to character encounters, cosplay moments, themed food, specialty merchandise, and photo opportunities, every event night offers a packed lineup of in-world storytelling.
A Lineup Built for Fans
This year’s event introduces all-new experiences alongside highly requested fan favorites. Scooby-Doo Meets The Universal Monsters: Mystery on the Backlot
One of the most ambitious additions to Fan Fest Nights, this immersive walk-through adventure brings guests directly onto Universal’s legendary backlot. After arriving via Studio Tour tram, guests join Scooby-Doo, Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Shaggy to unravel a mystery involving iconic Universal Monsters such as Frankenstein, Dracula, the Bride of Frankenstein, and the Wolf Man. The experience weaves through historic outdoor film sets, including Little Europe and the Court of Miracles—original filming locations for classic Universal horror films—creating a live-action mystery that blends nostalgia with cinematic history.
ONE PIECE: Grand Pirate Show
Returning in a bold new format, ONE PIECE takes over the WaterWorld venue with a live-action stage spectacular inspired by the popular Universal Studios Japan production. Featuring fan-favorite characters, high-energy action, comedy, and larger-than-life moments, the show drops guests into the heart of the ONE PIECE universe, celebrating freedom, friendship, and adventure.
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Secrets of Waterdeep
Back by popular demand, this immersive walk-through experience returns with enhancements. Inspired by the legendary tabletop game, guests join the Harpers, a heroic spy network, on a mission to stop the infamous beholder Xanathar and save the city of Waterdeep. A highlight of the experience is the appearance of Xanathar himself, brought to life through a custom creation by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, renowned for decades of innovation in puppetry and animatronics.

SUPER NINTENDO WORLD gets a festive twist with a vibrant Yoshi-themed celebration. Guests can explore the Mushroom Kingdom and encounter new, colorful Yoshis appearing throughout the land for this limited-time event.
