Disneyland Resort’s Pixar Fest is back! If you recall, the last Pixar Fest was in 2018, so we’re thrilled to welcome back this beloved festival featuring everyone’s favorite Pixar characters.

Can the most magical place on Earth get even more magical? This year’s Pixar Fest has us feeling extremely nostalgic, taking us back to some of the cherished moments of our childhood. But make no mistake—this event is just as enjoyable for adults as it is for children. This year stands out as particularly special with the return of classic characters and introductions to new favorites from films like Turning Red and Luca.
Pixar Fest is a celebration of togetherness—embracing love, family, friends, and the joy of shared experiences. It’s about bringing to life the moments that shaped us growing up. This year, Pixar Fest will take place at Disneyland Resort in California from April 26 to August 4.

The festivities spread across both parks and the Downtown Disney District, decorated with themed décor. There are numerous ways to join the celebration, including the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade,” Club Pixar, Pixar Pals Playtime Party at Disneyland Park, and an array of themed merchandise, food, and special experiences within the resort. You also don’t want to miss the “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular,” where the world of Pixar springs to life with immersive projections, colorful lasers, and memorable, catchy music—often accompanied by fireworks. However, on some nights, the show will feature just the lights and music, providing a different but equally magical experience.
In addition, the resort will be adorned with vibrant décor throughout Main Street, U.S.A., Buena Vista Street, and the Downtown Disney District. A standout feature in the Esplanade will be a massive 25-foot sculpture of the iconic Pixar Ball!
“Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!”
Making its debut at Disney California Adventure Park is “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” This parade showcases dynamic floats and features over two dozen beloved characters from Pixar films, ranging from classics like “Toy Story” and “Monsters, Inc.” to newer favorites such as “Turning Red,” “Soul,” and “Luca.” The grand finale includes appearances by Pixar legends like Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, Miguel, Mike, Sulley, Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear. This was one of our highlights and it truly brought out the essence of what both Disney and Pixar stand for.
The “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular”
This wonderful shows is the perfect way to end a permeable evening at Disneyland Park with a fresh twist. This nighttime show dazzles with colorful projections, memorable music, and dazzling pyrotechnics, celebrating the enduring theme of friendship. The program includes fresh scenes featuring characters from recent hits like “Turning Red” and “Luca,” as well as the upcoming “Inside Out 2,” alongside timeless favorites like the towering figures from “Coco” and Carl and Ellie’s house from “Up.”
Club Pixar
Club Pixar transforms the Hollywood Backlot into a nightly celebration with a lively DJ, live performances, games, photo ops, themed food, and specialty beverages. During the day, the area offers unique photo opportunities with Pixar characters, including Mr. and Mrs. Incredible in their original suits. This is the perfect chance to get up close and personal with some of your favorites while collectively celebrating with your loved ones.
Pixar Pals Playtime
The Pixar Pals Playtime Party at Fantasyland Theatre invites guests to dance, play, and watch Pixar award-winning shorts in a family-friendly daytime event. Characters from “Inside Out,” “Onward,” and the upcoming “Elemental” will make appearances around the parks.
