Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2026: Must-Try Foods & My Top Picks
Food lovers, it’s that time again. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is officially back at Disney California Adventure Park from March 6 through April 27, 2026, and the park is filled with incredible bites, colorful drinks, and fun experiences celebrating California’s diverse flavors.
Table Of Content
Every year the festival transforms the park into a foodie playground, with limited-time dishes, creative beverages, and live entertainment popping up throughout the park. This year there are eight festival marketplaces, each offering a mix of new creations and returning favorites, making it easy to snack your way around the park.
If you’re planning to try several dishes, the Sip and Savor Pass is definitely worth grabbing. Guests can redeem 4 or 8 tasting coupons for select food and non-alcoholic drinks at participating locations, which makes sampling across the festival a lot easier.
My Favorite Bites From the Festival 🍴
After making my way through the booths, two items quickly became my personal favorites.
The Burrata Toast was easily my top savory bite. The creamy burrata paired with fresh tomatoes and balsamic over toasted sourdough was simple but incredibly flavorful. It felt light, fresh, and a little elevated compared to some of the heavier festival foods.
On the sweet side, the Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème completely won me over. The dessert combines creamy vanilla custard with cherry and a buttery oat crumble that gives it that warm cobbler flavor. It’s rich, comforting, and one of those desserts you keep thinking about after you leave.

There are also plenty of other great options around the park including the Ramen Mac & Cheese topped with chili crunch, the Carbonara Pizzetta with bacon and peppery white sauce, and the crunchy Chicharrón Nachos.
Drinks Worth Trying
The drink menu is just as fun this year. A couple standouts include the colorful Ube Latte with Matcha Foam and the refreshing Strawberry Horchata, a cinnamon rice drink with a hint of strawberry that’s perfect for walking around the park. Or if you want a different type of drink you cannot miss the Mimosa flight that has three different flavors.
Festival Experiences You Shouldn’t Miss
Beyond the food, there are several experiences happening throughout the festival.
A big highlight is the return of Soarin’ Over California, the original version of the attraction that temporarily replaces the standard ride during the festival.
Guests can also catch chef culinary demonstrations on weekends, enjoy the energetic Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs show, and attend Beverage Education Seminars at Sonoma Terrace featuring winemakers and Disney mixologists.
Bonus Festival Extras
Festival guests can also pick up a limited-edition Disney Gift Card featuring Chef Goofy. When activated with $125, guests receive a complimentary Carthay Circle Restaurant pin while supplies last.
